1) VE Value Engineering
건축물의 설계부터 시공에 이르는 전 과정에서 원가절감과 품질향상을 위한 일련의 모든 활동을 말하는 것으로 설계도서의 검토, 적합한 공법의 제안 및 선정, 올바른 시스템의 적용 등을 통하여 문제해결 방법을 제공하는 역할을 합니다.

Value Engineering provides a series of operation to reduce cost and improve quality through the comprehensive process from design to construction of a structure and provides solutions to the problem through design documents review, appropriate method suggestion and selection, and correct system application.

2) 사후관리 Maintenance B/D program
신축에서 유지관리에 이르기까지 지속적이고 장기적인 측면에서 시설물 전반에 대하여 관리하는 것으로, 사용중인 건축물을 대상으로 건물 성능 평가를 통하여 시설물 상황조건의 변화에 따른 시설내용의 변경 및 설비의 교체와 개선 등의 서비스를 말합니다.
Maintenance B/D program is a service that manages the overall building from newly constructed to maintenance at a constant and long-term perspective and change and replace/improve facilities followed by changes in circumstances of facilities through evaluation of building performance that are being used.
